Does anyone know the reason that the surface of the bridge misses the surface of the road on the Mesquite side by almost a meter (ie the bridge is almost a meter lower than the road where they meet)? They (the engineers?) have remedied it by building a wooden ramp from the surface of the road onto the bridge.
