Know Expectation: Knowing Expectations of the Client and the stakeholder are very important before the final Plan or Good for Construction drawings are released. This is directly proportional to the execution of the construction work. The success of the Project and the maintained quality can be achieved by this.

Plan & Schedule: Planning and Scheduling of any Project is the key point to achieve the targeted milestone. This includes the Start of Project and Finish of Project with duration. Allocation of resource and costing of the Project can be arrived along with this.

Resolve Issues: Develop and forecast the Risks involved with the Risk register in alignment with Client is the first step to resolve the issues and avoid snags. Communication should be transparent during the construction and the communication should reach each level of the stakeholders in the Project. Once the issue is resolved the log should be transferred to the Lesson Learnt register

Distribution of Responsibility: Responsibility of the Project is not only to the Execution team or to the management team, any Project Success depends on the Team Lead who motivates the resource and plans the forecast accordingly it may be in terms of reflection on salary or accommodation and facilities required to the resource. Controlling the time and achieving the milestone within the allocated budget with satisfaction of the stakeholder is important.
