In M35 slump increase 75mm to 125mm already admixtures are used as for Mix design

this is very useful to us who have engaged in bridge and other concrete work. what is the function of admixture to get target mean strength
Admixture does not play roll in increasing the strength however some PC admixture can be used to increase strength by 2 to 3 Mpa
please give me the mix design of m40 using 6mm metal
assalamu alaikum sir i hv seen ur method of solving mix design its fabulus sir jazaakalla hu khairrrr,,,,,,
the calculations are wrong. value of water content from table 2 is 186 litre (for 2550mm slump). When the desirable slump is 5075mm, water content should increase (& not decrease to 160 litre!)
how to decide Percentage of 10mm and 20mm aggregate from total mass of aggregate?
Can anyone please post the calculation of Mix Design M55 (High slump and High Performance) using OPC 43/53 Grade and 10mm CA only. Use of Fly Ash is prohibited. Micro silica may be used.

Thank you Sir. I used to get confused when I discuss with local civil contractors since they are not aware of these calculations. They are used to talk in terms of volume ratios hence the calculations in A8 column is very helpful.
