My contractor has given a 7* 10 inches ring for a 9*12 inches column ( considering 1-inch cover) ( cover >=40mm( IS456)). Basically, I am left with three options-
1) Use 9*12 shuttering ( go with 1-inch cover)
2) Use proper 10.15*13.15 inches shuttering ( 40 mm cover, but shuttering not available with him)
3) Using 9.75* 13.75 inches shuttering ( available with him but the area of the plot is only 900 sq ft. so basically bigger columns are again a problem).
Which one is the best alternative for me?

if we consider a tier contact area for 200×200 mm which is 40000 sq.mm and in our expansion joint the loading capabilities is 6.5kg/mm2. What is the maximum loading capacity in kn/m2 and also in kg /mm2 for moving load and in what point the deflection is accour please specify in details.
