I have decided to buy a flat which is exactly 38-40 years old.
I visited the property and found it in a bad condition. It has 4 rooms every room has at least 1 wall with big crack and on ceiling the steel bar can be seen easily.
almost everywhere on ceiling the lanter’s concrete pieces of 2-3″ thickness & 12×18″ in size have fell off.
50% ceiling of every room has this kind of issue.
is it possible and ok to repair the ceiling or re-construction is required??
would it be risky to repair the Lanter? the flat is situated on 3rd floor of the building.
