I am not sure if I am on the right place to ask my queries but want to post my query. Can anyone help me in finding out if the land which I am possessing will be sufficient enough to satisfy my requirements for the sizes of the rooms I am looking for? Some of my friends told 80×50 rectangular shape would be good to plan a house with 2 car parking and a little garden. My plot is 60×58..almost a square. I am not if this shaped plot will be good to have below rooms with sizes mentioned..
    Hall – 16×20 —>320sq feet
    Kitchen cum dining – 22×15 —>330
Ground floor bedroom with attached bathroom(two other bedrooms will go in first floor) – 21×17—>357sq feet
    Pooja room – 4×4—>16sq feet
    Common bathroom – 6×5—>30sq feet
Indoor garden – 10×5—>50 sq feet
2 car parking—>Not sure how much is required
Garden preferably at the side—>whatever spaces is left out..around 50×9

    Thanks in advance.
    Pradeep.
