What will be approximate cost of constructing an godown of size 120 ft X 60 ft size….complete steel structure (including pillars and beams). No concrete pillars. No walls. Entire strucuture is supported by steel pillars only. (The aim is to reuse all the material when it is removed). The roof is fiber sheet roof. Appreciate if you could provide estimates individually for – steel, roof. Exclude painting, flooring and electrical work in the estimates. Thanks.

Ravi Shankar says:

Please note that the structure should not have any pillars inbetween. Pillars are allowed only along the edges.

My wife and I are purchasing a house and we found out the foundation is in need of work, nothing major from what I understand. We hired an engineer to come survey the house and he determined the foundation needed two piers near the garage and 4 piers along the side of the house toward the back, and he also recommended that the poly whatever foam was injected into two spots of the house. Now, the piering company came out to give an estimate and survey for themselves and their engineer determined that the two piers in the garage were all that was needed plus the foam in the same locations determined by the previous engineer. I have reports and images and all that if you wanted to look or something. I would really like some advice on if the second opinion of the people actually doing the work is valid and safe.
