In my site in the design document they r given 70 Mpa is the E-Modules… We r conduct a Plate load test over the Granular Sub base (GSP) client asking the E-modulus Value of that.Can u explain Wt is E modulus? How they r testing and calculating that? then wt is the relation to the plate load test with E-Modulus.
